Fragmented, no longer a display of oppression, these shards once held a set of words all too familiar to many of us… deliberately broken during a collaborative performance with Edwige Dro, Kara Stallings, Jamie Weinfurter, Gracie Baer, Stevie Haley Delgado, Jordan Ismail, and Jules Bunch.

 

The shards were subsequently repurposed in a collective act of radically inclusive community mark-marking. Special thanks to Lilah Ward for your exquisite drawings!
